HOW TO JOIN
Fill in your details and email address on the form overleaf and hand it to a member of staff and you will be given your membership card.
HOW TO USE YOUR CARD
Simply give your membership card to the cashier each time you make a purchase from us. The amount you have spent will be recorded and used to calculate your reward.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Every March and September we will add up your purchases and calculate the value of reward you have earned.If you have spent enough to reach the qualifying value a voucher will then be sent to you by post.
We will also email you from time to time with special offers and reminders of the dates of our 10% Discount Days.
Your details will not be put on any other mailing lists or passed on to marketing companies.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Members are issued with a “Reward Card”
which must be presented at the till when making purchases in order for the reward value to be credited to the member. The card must be shown before items are entered into the till or reward points may be refused.
The value of reward achieved will be issued as vouchers for use in full or part payment for goods at Garden Scene.
Vouchers are issued in March and September of each year, based on the amount spent since the previous voucher mailing.
The rate of reward is 5% of the purchase value on the first £200 spent (cumulative spend £1 to £200), and 10% on any further purchases (cumulative spend £200 and over). The cumulative spend is reset to zero after each voucher mailing.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for money, and change cannot be given.
Vouchers will be posted to the card holder's address given on the application form. The minimum value of reward needed for a voucher to be issued is £1.50. The card is not transferable and may be withdrawn at the management's discretion. Lost cards can be replaced free of charge - please ask a member of staff for details.
Items not eligible for reward points are Gift Tokens, Fuels, Food Items, Pet Food, Wild Bird Food, items reduced in a sale or purchased using a discount voucher, and items marked “Super Buy” or "Reduced" and showing was/now prices. On the Thursday & Friday before Bank Holiday weekends we usually run “10% Discount Days” on which we will offer a discount rather than reward points for items purchased on those days.
The management reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions of the scheme at any time.
